📦 Return Policy
- Customers can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to customer misuse.

- We offer easy exchange in case of:

- Defective product
- Wrong item received
- Exchange request must also be raised within 5 days of delivery.
🚚 Return Process

- Share product images (if required).
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (available in selected locations).
- After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection.
- Amount will be credited to:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank account (in case of Cash on Delivery orders)
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.

- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 4 days of delivery
🔒 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
